Both are very nice homes but 50 has a much better lot in my opinion because it is relatively flat and you don’t need a ski lift or snow cat to get to your front door.
You give away your age, Anonymousse: in this new era of mobile computing, CF may well have been sunning himself on the beach at Tod’s Point when he blogged this entry.
Stanwich,
I think you mean 113 has the better lot…50 has an impossibly steep drive that is supposedly heated…a cliff is a cliff, however, heated or not.

Is 50 Cat back on the market, thus this thread? You should be outside on this perfect day, in the sunshine. Forget about the blog for a few hours.

1. Your beach card wasn’t scanned here today.
2. You’re still in your pajamas
3. You’re still blogging from your mouldy basement.
Go get some real vitamin D!
