After languishing for years, the market for the aging, 1977 condos at West Lyon Farm came to life in 2020, and has stayed high. There were some opportunities there, and the buyer of 509 W. Lyon has just taken advantage of one. He paid $985,000 for the unit in January 2020, completely redid the interior, and put it back on the market 13 days ago for $1.898 million. It’s already under contract.
