That Havemeyer building lot I mentioned last week, 16 Watchtower Lane, asking $1.1 million, has gone pending. New construction in what was once a starter-home neighborhood has crept up into the $3 million range, so I’m curious to see what this sells for; well over ask, I’d guess.
