New listing this morning, 99 Richmond Hill Road, priced at $6.250 million. This property has previously disappointed its sellers, but this time may be different. The current owners bought it for $5.9 million in 2009 on an asking price of $6.995, and the sellers in that transaction had bought it new” in 2006 for $8 million from a builder who’d first tried for $11.9 in 2005.
But that was then, this is now, and the far northwestern corner of Greenwich has seen a modest revival in interest from buyers recently, so who knows?
