Pretty good deal in mid country

25 Knollwood Drive, asking $3.295 million, reports a contingent contract after just a month on the market, and why not? The owner bought it for $3.2 in 2005, totally renovated it (it'd be cruel to describe it as having been a wreck back then, but it needed a lot of work), and is now selling it for the same price.  The buyer's doing well here.
