Still no takers

555 Riversville Road, 31 acres and asking $12.995 million, has expired unsold yet again. There's no link to a listing - they expire with the listing itself - but it's land, way, way up on a hill (that's Long Island you see in the distance) and pretty nice land at that. The past owner tried for $25 million back in 2004 and settled for $16.125 in 2006. The current stakeholder has been trying to change his mind about buying it since 2011, when he started off at $17.9. That wasn't the right price and neither, obviously, was $12.995, but someone's eventually going to step forward and take this place, no?
