169 Valley Road reports a contingent contract. A really nice 1850 home, it no longer fronts the Mianus, but does retain a deeded access. Sold for $1.550 in 2012 and this seller tried for that again, but couldn't get it and had to drop her price to here. I don't know if that's a reflection on the market or the house, to be honest, but I'm guessing it's the market, because the house is still a fine one.
