Here's a head scratcher

Greenwich Free Press reports from the land records that 25 Cobb Island Drive closed November 3rd for $4,912,500. The house was never on the MLS so far as I can tell, so I haven't seen it in years. Nice house back when I did see it, 2004 (?) and it's on the water side of the road, but that's a high price for this street and location.
