Obama sends condolences to Castro's family, but are they reachable on their yachts?

The man Forbes listed as one of the richest rulers in the world is dead, and good riddance, but why on earth Obama would send condolences to the dictator's family? They've been wallowing in the wealth this evil man squeezed from the people of Cuba for a half-century. If I were one of the people whose "life was altered" as Obama puts it, I'd be rooting for a Nicolae Ceaușescu moment for the entire Castro gang in a public square, anywhere in Havana.
