Sigh. He does shoot off his mouth doesn't he? Fortunately for the country, he can't do this, though, as college administrations are demonstrating on an almost-daily basis, the urge to shut down offensive speech is popular and widely accepted on the left.

UPDATE< UPDATE! As a reader notes, Trump is merely proposing what Hillary herself advocated back when she was a Senator. That makes two wrongs, not a right, but you'd think that fact would at least dampen the outrage coming from the Left.
