Barn Hill's one of those streets off Taconic that, because of an agreement dating back to the days when mail was delivered by horseback and delivery way up in the hinterlands was a pain in the ass, has its mail delivered by the Greenwich Post Office rather than Stamford. So you don't get Greenwich schools, and you do get Stamford taxes, but the town will probably still send you a beach card (they don't do much vetting down there - if it says Greenwich, they assume it is Greenwich) and most important, you can buy at Stamford, not Greenwich prices.

Nice house for the money.
