Land sale in Riverside

10 Miltiades Ave

A contract, anyway, for 10 Miltiades Avenue, asking $1.1 million. Went in 10 days, which is pretty much what I predicted here

Mind you, although I describe it as a land sale, I don't know that. The asking price is pretty much what the land is worth, but there's no reason someone looking to move into Riverside couldn't buy here and live in a perfectly good house that's being tossed into the deal free.
