Bailiwick price cut

19 Bailiwick has cut its price to $3.395 million after beginning at $3.850.

Bailiwick Association residents must really love their homes, because they so often price them way beyond what non-residents will pay. This one, for instance, was listed at $3.450 in 2007, before finally selling in 2009 for $2.025. Almost everything here sells in the $2s - the only sale above $3 since 2005 was the just-renovated number 29, which got $3.005 in 2005, and that's unlikely to be repeated.
