Quick turn arounds don't work in this market, generally

528 Riversville Road, offered as land, sold for $2 million in January, 2015.

The buyers' must have had to change their plans, because they put it back up for sale in November, 2015 at $1.950 million, but couldn't find a buyer until now, at $1.690. That's not too severe a loss, but it's a typical result in situations like this. I'm sure, by the way, that the buyers didn't go into this with an eye toward flipping at a profit, but that was tried by some people back in the market's wonder days: it didn't work then, either.
