Change can be good

Out with the old - especially if it's 1973 construction

Greenwich Free Press reports that the twin condo building at 100 Lewis Street is scheduled to be razed and two new townhouses erected in its place. Judging from the pictures the Free Press supplies, this couldn't happen soon enough. It will be dispiriting to watch the P&Z put the builder through the wringer, though.
