12 Ridgebrook Road, $3.7 million. Nothing exciting, to my taste, but the numbers might be interesting to readers looking at costs: Land, purchased in January, 2015, $1.275 million, the builder asked $3.9 while it was under construction and came well within that price. An end user could obviously build this house for less, but this way, you write the check and move in. 

Does anyone else hate these walkways?

Fortunately for them, the new owners will probably be long gone before they discover how much a multi-peaked roof like this costs to replace
