Lock 'EM UP, DANNO

A bill just introduced by State Representative Sam Belsito, who operates a tuxedo store in Toland. Mr. Belsito is a Republican, proof, if any were needed, that Democrats have no monopoly of avarice, stupidity and poor governance. If the bill were directed at the legislators who've brought about the fiscal fiasco we're in, then fine: in fact, I'd support a law prohibiting those people from moving outside the state at all, with or without their pensions, to make them sit in the mess they created. But state employees were just doing what they're allowed to do: look after their self-interest. It's the legislators who allowed that pursuit to go unchecked all these decades, and it's the legislators who should pay.
