151 Park Avenue, Greenwich, asking $2.495 after starting last June at $2.895. A lovely house, though it was in rough shape back in 2003, when it sold for $2.235 million. Those buyers added on a bit, did some extensive renovations and returned it to the market in 2008 for $3.355. 2008 wasn't a good year to sell real estate and in fact, it took until 2011 before the house sold to these current owners for $2.4. So assuming these owners are getting close to their final asking price, they aren't doing badly, and the buyers will be getting a great house for a reasonable price.
