One Doverton Drive, completed in 2016 and for sale since November, 2015, has dropped down to $8.995 million; it started at $10. 950

There are presently six new spec houses in Greenwich proper priced between $8.9 and $16.950 million. They continue to sell, but at a rate of only 2-3 per year (just one, in 2016),  so we'll probably continue to see some of these keeping us company for awhile.
