27 Mooreland Road has a pending sale. Last asking price was $3.195 million, down from the $3.9 it asked back in September, 2015. Assuming it goes for a little under ask, maybe high $2s?, a very decent contemporary on good property. It can stand some updating: the kitchen screams for attention, for instance, and new bathrooms wouldn't be amiss, but at this price, on this street, I imagine that will be money not wasted.
