106 Lockwood Road, Riverside, on the market since October, is back on tour. Price is still $3.985, which doesn't seem too crazy, but the house still belongs to its builder, so perhaps it is - Lockwood's a busy thoroughfare. 

It's worth visiting just to see what listing agent Russ Pruner describes as a "marble clad kitchen". In this era of random terrorist attacks, armored cladding seems advisable - is that Kevlar-backed marble, though, or just plain old stone?
