Nothing wrong with Conyers farm that four years and four million dollars can't cure

21 Hurlingham Drive, which started off at $12.4 million four years ago and is currently asking $8.495, reports a contract. It's a lot of very nice house, on good land, so I'm not all that surprised it's found a buyer. But given what's (not) been going on up there in that market, I'm also not surprised that it took this long for a buyer to emerge.
