A buyer appears

12 Horseshoe Road, Cos Cob, last asking $1.595, reports a contract. Nice, modern house (tough to get a good picture of it, though, if this listing and previous ones are evidence). Sold for $1.750 in the exuberant days of 2005, then sold again for $1.275 in the dolorous 2010s. Current owners did a very decent update job, and started at $1.800 in 2014. That didn't work, but this current price, or something like it, did.
