Destined for the dumpster, but what a waste

10 Sydney Lanier Lane sells for $2.385. That's pure land value, and this is a perfectly acceptable house. I deliberately chose the ugliest picture from its portfolio, but check it out: very livable home, as I've mentioned here previously as it lingered on the market. If you can find a good house to live in while paying for just the land, which doesn't seem to be depreciating here in Greenwich, then maybe you should do it.
