New broker, new price, same location, alas

14 Hycliff Rd

14 Hycliff Road, up off Riversville, is re-presented today at a lowered price of $4.595 million. It's an impressively large (9,200 sq.ft) home on 8 acres and it sold new in 2005 for $5.8 million. Those buyers put in a lot more money and began trying to resell it 2012, when they started at $7.4 million. 

At some price, perhaps this one, it will certainly sell - it won't surprise me, however, if it doesn't get new competition in this range as other, unsold $5 million+ houses drop down to join it.

The inventory of higher end homes doesn't seem to be going anywhere quickly; certainly not on our western side, anyway.
