Malloy's budget plan is "DOA" according to his Democrat bosses
/The Governor proposes, the AFL-CIO disposes
Malloy's plan would stick Greenwich with the costs of our teachers' pensions: bad news, but relies on $1.5 billion in union give-backs as well. Those aren't going to happen, so it's a pretty easy guess as to where Hartford's going to come looking for funds to keep afloat.
Of course, we could be as fortunate as Illinois, another bankrupt state, and have a Kennedy announce a run for governor. That'll fix us.
