319 Sound Bech Avenue, south of the Village in Old Greenwich and priced at $2.995 million, came on the market at the end of January and is already pending. Nice house, built in 2005 and, by Greenwich standards, modestly sized at 2,858 sq.ft. (I said by Greenwich standards).

Not much to add here except I did warn sellers not to wait until spring to list their homes: if you planned on pricing your home in this price range, here's one less buyer who might have been interested.
