20 Gilliam Lane, Riverside, has sold for $2.150, exactly what it sold for in 2011. This time it started off at $2.850, which was obviously a mistake because it sat unsold for a year. Wonderful street, but this house is probably approaching its useful life.

18 Ferncliff Road

And 18 Ferncliff in Cos Cob has also sold, for $1.5 million; it sold for $1.550 in 2011. Nice house for the right buyer, but it's all woods and rocks here, and many people want more traditional yards.
