11 Dialstone Lane, Riverside, was priced at $1.095 million nine days ago and is now reported as pending (it's a land sale, so no delay for building inspections and the like). I wasn't involved in the sale - the one builder/client I suggested it to is busy with another project, but I wouldn't be surprised to learn that there were multiple bids from other builders - I don't know that, I'm guessing, but you should be able to put a $3 million house on this property, easy.
