he's not a commie rat, he's an "anti-fascist"!

The goons who attacked Trump supporters out in California re described today in the Daily Mail thus:

Shocking moment Trump supporter beats anti-fascist protester with Make America Great Again flag 'for attacking his wife with pepper spray' as California march descends into violence

  • Video appears [nothing deniable about the attack, and there's film to prove it, so "appears?"] to show one protester pepper-spraying a woman then being beaten with a flag by her husband
  • Incident began when she, a Trump fan, tried to stop two other Trump supporters from attacking a protester [who had attacked one of them].
  • The anti-fascist protester appears to spray her by accident while trying to hit one of the pro-Trump attacker.
  • This is the shocking moment that an anti-fascist demonstration at a pro-Trump march in California spiraled into violence, ending with one man being hit with a Trump flag.
The scenes, filmed at the MAGA (Make America Great Again) March in Huntington Beach, California, on Saturday, show Trump supporters stomping up the sand, with black-clad protesters marching alongside.
Then a Trump protester lunges forward at a marcher, setting off a chain of reactions that ends in a confrontation between two other men. This was just one violent incident of many at the march, which saw four people arrested.
Three male protesters were charged with felony illegal use of pepper spray and one woman was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor assault and battery.

"Anti-fascists" , a term repeated at least three times to refer to these people, "stomping up the beach" to describe a walk on the sand, and the failure to mention that the woman was one the "anti-fascists", leaving the impression that "gee, folks on both sides were arrested" not only reveal the slanted reporting: all this was added to an earlier report in the Daily Mail the day before, written by a different reporter, with a headline that made clear that it was the Trump supporters who were attacked and made no use of "anti-fascist - I'd guess the editor didn't get what he wanted with that first one.

Gee, an "ant0fascist" brought pepper spray to his protest - who'd have thunk?

Guess who's getting punched in the face

Here's the earlier headline, written the day before:

Three people are arrested after Trump supporters are doused with pepper spray as they clash with protesters during Make America Great Again march in Huntington Beach
