37 Tower Lane, Riverside, comes on at $7.995 million (number 158 in the $5 million-plus category). Excellent location, great builder (Karp) who builds only high quality stuff, and by gosh, it's not a neo-colonial-Victorian-goatfuck, and that, at least, is hugely refreshing. I hope these sellers get every penny they're looking for, but I don't know: it's pretty daring, and thus daunting, for Riverside.
