291 Stanwich Road, a spec that started off in 2014 at $6.695 million, has dropped again, and is now asking $5.255. Its builder does a nice house, but has an uncanny knack for overpricing his projects for their location and getting in trouble. I'm not suggesting he's in trouble with this one, but if I were advising a client interested in the property, I'd tell him to wait a bit and see what happens, because Stanwich is not a strong market for $5 million homes.
