Obviously, someone disagrees with my opinion that Meadowcroft Lane has been ruined

Of course, that "someone" may be the very builder I hold responsible for ruining the street, Mark Mariani, but whoever it is, a 2+ acre lot (with a tear-down perched atop it) has entered into contract: 30 Meadowcroft, asking $3.6 million.

I'm not sure what the thinking was about originally pricing this land for $4.4 (assuming there's been some negotiation going on, that first price was at least $1 million too high), but even the mid-threes is an impressive number. Adjust your values accordingly.
