This one I can understand

195 Bible Street, asking $1.525 million, has a contract after just 23 days. A very nice renovation of a foreclosed and neglected house set on nice land, perched high above the road. The sellers bought if for $925,000 from the foreclosing bank in 2014, and did a good job.

For a sense of what it looked like during the foreclosure, after the owners had vacated, look here. I had clients interested in it then and we visited it several times; I don't remember why they passed, but these sellers didn't, and that seems to have been a smart move.
