42 Jones Park Drive, $3.795 million. It's a great street, within walking distance of the train, both schools, and Riverside Yacht Club (even if you're not a sailor, the club runs an excellent summer program, open to all, that your kids might want to attend). That said, the price strikes me as high, given recent sales on the neighboring streets. But this does have a few things extra going for it which may justify a premium:
