This was a really nice house, with great property, back in 2006, but unfortunately it needed a complete re-do back then, so its unjustified asking price of $2.695 doomed it. The owners tried for years, finally selling it in 2013 for $1.550 (they'd paid $2.1 for it in 2003, so that off-putting 2006 ask hurt them). The current owners have, if the pictures do it justice, done all the work that should have been done before, and it looks as though it's ready for the next quarter-century. If so, I think this is reasonable price.
