It started a year ago at $3.950, and while you should never calculate a home's value by comparing a new price to an extravagant opening price and calculate your "savings", it's a nice house on a good street and it strikes me that a price in the high $2s or even low $3s could be a decent deal.
Owner financing, too, if that's attractive.
