99 Sterling Road, nestled against the Bedford border*, has sold for $2.1 million. It started at $3.495 a year ago, but that was a lot of money for a weekend  retreat. 

Why a weekender? No one else is looking for houses way up there, are they?

* EOS checks in to report that the house is next to Armonk, not Bedford, as though there's a difference.
