41 Leeward Lane, built in 2008, has a pending deal after 58 days on the market. Asking price $7.995 million (it took one price reduction of $500,000). Leeward's a great street off Indian Head, and has seen other sales in this price range, so no surprise here.
The history of the place is interesting: It sold in a bidding war for $4.380 back in 2005, but, it seemed at the time, as a house, not just a 1.6-acre building lot. Turns out it was just a land sale.
