It took 400+ days to find a buyer, but that's because of overpricing, not the quality of the house
/77 Maple Avenue, now priced at $5.2 million, reports a pending sale. Absolutely gorgeous house built in 2007, it sold for $5.4 million in 2014, so my guess is that pricing it back in 2016 at $5.750 hurt its chances. Whatever the cause, it's got a buyer now.
Sort of a nasty location for traffic, because it's just about a block from the intersection of Maple and Rt. One, but that also means quick access to shopping, train, etc. And you don't hear the noise: the house itself is quiet, and the outside living is behind the house. It works, as a sale price presumably around $5 million suggests: no one would pay that much if it didn't, and this has now been sold thrice.
