6 Khakum Wood Drive, which was placed on the market in 2012 at the ridiculous price of $15 million, eventually sold to a Chinee for $8.9 in 2014, and was immediately put up for rent. It returned to the market this past January at $7.9, and today dropped to $7.2. 

A performance like that, it's no wonder we can't attract Asian buyers for our unwanted junk (s).
