Persistence can pay off, I suppose
/15 Orchard Hill Road (off Mayfair, off Riversville) reports a pending sale, after 961 days on market. It only dropped its price from $3.5 million to $2.950 in all that time so, depending on where negotiations finally ended up, congratulations, I guess, to the owner for his stubbornness. Of course, that assumes he really didn't care when he moved on.
There are virtually no interior shots (3), of this 1936 home, so I assumed that the property was being marketed as land, until I saw that John McAtee is the selling agent. John is a sucker for old houses, and many of his clients share his enthusiasm, so perhaps a total renovation of the existing structure is in its future.
