250 Riverside Avenue, on the corner of Riverside and Colonial, $2.295 million. A 1959 home, it failed to sell in 2011 at $1.695, but it's been fixed up since then, and Riverside values have certainly gone up, so this may be the charm.

But this is definitely not "The Chair" — not even close
