21 Grove Lane, mentioned here last month when it was reported as under contract at an asking price of $10.900, has closed at $9.8 million. That's a huge amount of money of course, but the owners had to wait a long time to get it: 21 Grove's been for sale since 2008, when it was listed at $11.999.

This seems an unfortunate re-do in a 1905 house, but it's finally sold, so what does one man's opinion amount to?
