Location, location, location

37 Londonderry 

37 Londonderry Road, a spec house originally priced in 2015 at $5.195 million, took another price cut today and you can now buy it for $4.195. I scoffed at that first price, questioned the wisdom of paying $4.495 when a contingent contract was announced last October, and now that that deal has collapsed and a new price has been set, I still have my doubts, It's a perfectly decent house, with a fabulous view down Burning Tree's 17th hole fairway, but the noise from the Merritt is horrendous, at least to my ear.

I don't know what the final price here will be, but had I been advising the builder back then, I'd have advised him to find anther property.
