Mid country's doing okay, though

3 Parsonage Road sold yesterday for full asking price (after a $100,000 reduction), $6.775 million. Discussed here back when it was first reported as under contract, it's quite a re-do project. The sellers paid $2.975 for this 1930, 4,167 sq.ft. house, gutted it, expanded it to 9,641 feet, and essentially built a new house that still feels like an old classic. 

Well done.
