Auction Fail

429 Taconic Road, which was to be auctioned on June 17th is back today with another price cut: from its $23.5 million asking price in 2014 it's now dropped to $14.250. The owners paid $7,000,000 for the land in 2009 and then built this monstrosity. 

That seems to have been a bad decision.
