And we're back, pretty much
/Fourth time proved the charm: an Apple "genius" got my iPhone going, cleaned up the clutter and showed me some great tricks I can use, features I never knew about. A young Navy veteran (subs), he not only knew his stuff, he was incredibly patient with this techno-klutz, and spent more than a 1/2 hour with me, which was great. Still a couple of issues now synching a few features with my Mac Pro, but either I'll fix those or I'll go back: it's just a relief to have my contacts and calendar back. (Note to readers: keep a notebook with all your various passwords in it — it will make your life easier by a factor of ten).
In the meantime, while I was gone, nothing of particular note took place in our market, but 79 Meadow Wood Drive, Belle Haven, did hit the market at $11.9 million. It's a beautiful, 1900 house, on over an acre (1.19) of land, so it should command a high price. Not so sure that this is that price, but we'll see.
