Riverside sale price reported
/2 Bridle Path Lane, down in Harbor Point, has sold to a builder for $4.375 million. It was on the market for a long time (648 days), doubtless because buyers bridled at paying the original price of $6.4 million for a 1961 house being sold "as is".
Not that it's any of my business, but I think the buyer/builder here is going to have difficulty selling the new iteration for anything close to what he's probably thinking he'll get: while technically "waterfront", the lot is pretty much a rectangle, with a narrow tongue providing access to the water. That's not going to command the same price as genuine waterfront.
