7 Wykham Hill Lane has once again dropped its price and is now down to $7.995 million. It began in 2013 at $12.950, which was preposterous, as was cruelly pointed out here. The owner has long since decamped to Florida and by all accounts can sustain the hit he's going to take on this property, but still, someone might have warned him.
